MEET SIERRA GUYNES
I believe fitness is about more than reps and macros—it’s about creating systems that work for your life. My goal is to help you to build strength and confidence by focusing on what really moves the needle: sustainable habits, simple strategies, and mindset shifts that last.
As a NASM-certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach and AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, my approach is rooted in understanding, empowerment, and real-life structure. I don’t do quick fixes or “one size fits all.” Instead, I work with you to create a personalized plan that fits your goals, your lifestyle, and your values—because success isn’t just about working harder, it’s about working smarter.
Over the years I have had the opportunity to learn from my own health struggles. Attaining to a growth mindset and developing resilience has enabled me to push through issues with Hyper-mobility, Celiac Disease, IBD, PCOS, ADHD, and other genetic problems. I have seen, and can attest for myself, of the benefit of incorporating intentional wellness techniques into a lifestyle to truly benefit a person. I personally value a more holistic approach to health.
